One of a kind items are ready to ship and will be sent within 2 business days.

Classic items are generally made to order and will be sent within 2 weeks of order - please contact us if you have a specific date you need your items and we will do our best to accommodate.

Orders with a combination of One of a Kind and Classic items will ship once the entire order is ready.

You will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number once your order has been sent.

Local pick up is available for those in the Calgary area.

Refunds and exchanges are only available for unworn items in their original condition.

In the case of a refund or exchange, the purchaser is responsible for costs associated to shipping the items back.

Refunds will be issued once the item(s) have been received and condition has been validated.

All hats are measured and sized according to inch measurements.

Head sizes range greatly. When possible, please measure the wearers head and choose the appropriate size based on measurements in the item listing.

Hats do stretch over time. Toques may feel tight, especially at the brim, but it will stretch.

Spot clean only, with cold water. Try not to wet pom pom.

Do not put in the washing machine or dryer.

Reshape hat and lay flat to dry. Use a fabric shaver to remove pilling.

Gently comb pom pom and use a hair dryer on cold setting to refluff.
